Loan costs

The costs associated with our installment loan product are clearly disclosed in the Annual Percentage Rate, finance charges, and the total amount you are required to repay according to federal Truth in Lending regulations. Any fees such as late fees or returned item/NSF fees, may apply as specified in your loan agreement if you fail to pay your loan on time. We do not charge hidden fees; all charges that are fully disclosed in your loan agreement.

Right to cancel

You may cancel this loan without cost or further obligation to us, if you do so by the end of business on the next business day after you signed the loan agreement. To cancel you must call us at 1-800-853-5921 to alert us of your intention to cancel and send an email with your intentions to cancel to If you follow these procedures but there are insufficient funds available in your bank account to enable us to reverse the transfer of loan proceeds at the time we effect an ACH or E-check debit entry of your bank account, your cancellation will not be effective and you will be required to pay the loan and our charges on the scheduled maturity date.

Late payments and non-payment

We will attempt to contact you by phone, email, and/or text messages to arrange for payment, if we are unable to effect an ACH or E-check debit entry of your bank account on the date your payment is due. Additionally, you agree to pay the returned item/NSF fee as found in your loan agreement if payment of what you owe is returned unpaid or an ACH debit entry, the authorization for which was not properly revoked by you, is rejected by a bank for any reason. If we are unable to reach you or if we cannot collect a delinquent balance you owe, a notice may be reported to credit bureaus reflecting your late or non-payment, which may impact your credit rating. Pursuant to governing law we may also seek legal recourse. Late fees may apply as found in your loan agreement.
